How to delete your account

Users can create an account deletion request inside the app. The deletion process is completed after identity, payment, abuse-prevention and legal retention checks are reviewed.

  1. Open the 2nd Line app.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Open Delete account.
  4. Read the on-screen notices and confirm the request.
  5. Your access is removed and eligible account data enters the deletion process.

Account deletion instructions for Google Play

Users can delete their account inside the app from Account > Delete account. If they cannot access the app, they can submit a deletion request using the support form on this page.

Deleted account data includes profile data, authentication access and app-visible account records. Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, provider reconciliation, payment disputes, telecom compliance, abuse investigation or legal obligations may be retained only for those purposes.
